Quarter Beef

We sell split quarters which allows everyone getting a quarter to get the full selection of cuts from the beef. But this means we cannot do a custom order, or individual selection of cuts for the quarter beef.

Therefore, if you order a quarter beef, this is what will be included:

• Chuck Roasts

• Cross Rib Roasts

• Prime Rib Roasts

• Half Brisket

• Inside Round Steaks

• Outside Round Roasts

• Sirloin Tip Roasts

• Sirloin Steaks

• T-Bone Steaks

• Short Ribs

• Stew

• Ground Beef

• Soup Bones (Optional)

• Organs - Heart, Liver, Kidney, Tongue, Ox Tail (Optional)

Ground Beef and Stew will come in ~1lb. packages,

Steaks will be 2/pkg., and Roasts will be 2-3lb. each.
