This simple salad is one of our favourites to take to potlucks, picnics and BBQ's. It can be made the day before and will actually taste better if allowed to marinade for 12 plus hours. It can also be very adaptable, meaning if you have Quinoa, the spices and liquids, you can add whatever veggies you happen to have on hand. We also like adding cheese and/or sausage or chicken, even boiled eggs. It's simple to make and very tasty!
